How do I return something I have brought from Escape Within Vape?
Our Returns Policy is 30 Days from the order date.
For the Return to be eligible the item must be in the condition you received it. With the outer packaging in tacked as this contains the serial number. hardware can not be returned without it. If you have received any free gifts keep them they are yours!
Please email us before you send your items back to fill out some information.
Return shipping charges are at the Buyers expense.
Please ensure the items are packaged well either with the shipping material you received the item(s) in or newspaper works well.
Some products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons these products are:
Opened E-Liquid bottles
Mouthpieces (Drip tips)
Opened Tanks and atomizers that have been filled or used
Opened Vape kits that tanks have been filled and/or used
If you would like to exchange an item we advise that you order the item first to ensure the item does not go out of stock and you receive the product(s) quickly then return the product to us then we will prosses the refund once we have received the item(s)
Refunds can take up to seven days from receiving the item(s) to be processed
Once we receive the return(s) and inspected them providing everything is in order and in original condition the refund could take 7 days. We will use the original payment method for the refund. We will refund the original amount paid excluding the original postage charged to you.
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items.
